ABOUT US

OUR MISSION

Sonoma Farm Hatchery is a non-profit 501(c)3 shared-use commercial kitchen located in Shelby, IN.  Our mission is to support local communities by fostering entrepreneurship in the food production industry. We provide local chefs, non-profits, entrepreneurs, farmers and restaurants with commercial grade kitchen resources to bring their ides to life.

All food production that is meant for sale within the United States must be produced in licensed kitchens that meet FDA and local state regulations. Meeting these requirements presents a high financial barrier of entry that is unattainable for most small food entrepreneurs who are just starting out.

Upfront investments can cost up to $100,000.

With Sonoma Farm Hatchery getting your product from initial concepts and into your customers’ hands has never been easier.
