Our state of the art kitchen is certifed and compliant with all FDA and local regulations.
Our space is outfitted to serve multiple companies under one roof. Each space is set up to function independently of one another and allows each of our food producers to prep, cook and clean within the same space for each scheduled shift.
Our kitchens can accommodate various processes that are subject to certain dietary restrictions or regultaions such as nut allergies, kosher diets, artisan baking, gluten free, organic, and vegan.
Our kitchens are open to private businesses and non-profit community support groups.
